I bought a Toshiba 52" LCD TV from Digital Direct in November 2008. The reason that I chose Digital Direct is that they had the best price and they had good reviews. Their web site is well laid out and easy to use.

I placed the order in the evening and I received a phone call to make sure that I had the right cables to connect my Blu-Ray player and Sky box. They also let me know when they were going to deliver it. It wasnt a next day delivery because they use a 2 man delivery service.

The delivery took place when they said it would, they even rang me about an hour before the delivery to let me know that they would be with me shortly. When they arrived the drivers were polite and they unboxed the TV for me.

I am very happy with my experience of Digital Direct so far and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Protection or Precaution?
Norton, McAfee, AVG, Bitfinder. All these companies promise to protect your PC from any virus or hacker that may want to harm your computer. But do any of them actually work? Or is it just fleecing you of yet more money for nothing!?
