I've used HMV a few times and they always seem to have an incredible sale on, which is great! They sell CD's, DVD's, Games etc. At all relatively normal prices. I would suggest you shop around if your looking to buy a game, but you probably wont find many other sites that have lower prices on CD's and DVD's. The service is great and delivery is alwasy free.

Ive never had to use the customer service but i would imagine its very good. HMV is one of the UK's leading music stores, so they specialise in CD's. But they do have a great range of DVD's at low prices. Definately one to check out before you make any purchases in this department.

Yes that's true and i hardly ever buy a CD anymore, but there is still some people that prefer to build a real collection rather than just digital.

I'm sorry, but if you're actually after music nowadays the way to go is online stores such as iTunes or MSN Music or something, you can get almost all CDs for under ?7, and you can download them straight onto your computer, so the point of paying an extra ?4 for a case that'll take a week to deliver, in my opinion, is becoming increasingly pointless
