For me amazon really is a gods send. Whenever I go to buy something I always check amazon first to see what their price is like and whether or not they have it, and they almost always do!
Amazon are amazingly competitive with prices, and almost always the cheapest, but the best thing about amazon for me is the easy of which you can just buy things when you want to. With some sites theres' adverts all over the pages and things asking me, "Do you want to buy this as well?", but with amazon it just seems to be, "There you go, thats sent, anything else we can do for you?". I guess they remind me of John Lewis because everything is just so easy.
In terms of customer support I've never come across any problems with anything I've bought from Amazon, and so I guess this is a clear reflection of their quality of service. For that reason I really do have to put their customer support at a 10. Their site is clear and well I just really like them. I suggest just checking them out before you buy any electricals, especially when they're over 15 quid because then delivery is free. For me there service has been great. Would like to see some other opinions of them however, maybe uncover some negatives about a company I know only brilliant!
