The Reviews

Review by: Ian Clark
Personal Rating: 9/10

The Creative GigaWorks certainly look the part. They're nice and big, and the finish looks well made, and you certainly think they're going to be brilliant.

And to be honest they aren't far from brilliant, but they do lack in some places. On the positive side of things, they pump out some really gorgeous sound and high volume and for their size certainly punch above their weight. Much like a lot of Creative products, you will get free 2 years Warranty on it, giving you that little extra comfort that they're not likely to break any time soon.

So the sound quality is good, crisp and sharp, whilst being loud, but for me it just lacks in one area, and that of course is with Bass. As I type this review, I'm listening to music from my Logitech X-50 speakers, a 5.1 Surround Sound system. These certainly rival the Creative T20s, and the worrying thing is, I purchased them for under ?40. Personally, If you're a real Bass lover, I recommend you search an alternative. I do however, suggest that you don't look away from Creative's products, as in my opinion they do reflect quality, and this is echoed with the T20s.

A really great product, but perhaps a little on the expensive side, and would be far nicer with a bass speaker. Perhaps use them as I have on a Television for nice results.

Norton, McAfee, AVG, Bitfinder. All these companies promise to protect your PC from any virus or hacker that may want to harm your computer. But do any of them actually work? Or is it just fleecing you of yet more money for nothing!?
