Unlike a ecommerce company, complocated was set up with the sole aim to allow users to locate the best products on the market. We do manage purchases and so we are a non-profitable company. When you send us a message, a group of volunteer moderators and administrators will spend their free time replying. If we can minimize this time taken, through providing you with easy to get to FAQ's and answers, we can concentrate a greater amount of our time on improving our services.
Complocated support is different. We manage our contact support completely through this web site. This does not mean that we will not send you an email response, but in order to contact us you will need to be a member of complocated. Once you have signed up you will be able to access the contact page, where you will be able to create a new support ticket. Once you have written your question or comment you will be emailed confirming that we have received your comment. When an administrator replies, you will get a response email containing their message. If your problem is unresolved you will be provided with a link in which you can view your whole support conversation and be able to write another message.
